For everyone who has wanted to do ballet, but never had the chance, now is your time! So many people have told me stories about wanting to dance but being told by the ballet teacher as a child that their bodies weren't right for ballet. I believe ballet can help every body and every level of dancer (and non dancer!). I studied ballet intensively from the age of 4 to the age of 22 and I would like to share these thousands of hours of knowledge with you. Improve your core strength, balance, posture, gracefulness, body control, and confidence!
